Spiral Tenon Cutter Head with reversible knives and spurs suitable for producing rounded tenons on double end tenoning machines.
Cutter head is designed with a sturdy steel body utilizing solid carbide insert knives to produce clean, crisp tenon cuts.
Excellent in making tenons from soft and hard wood. Reduces or eliminates Tear Out. Ideal for cross-grain, stringy or knotty material.
The replacement cutter head can be fits in double end tenoners, operating speed is up to 10000rpm. Fitted with carbide knives, each with four cutting edges. Just loosen each knife and rotate to a fresh edge when blunt. Quick-turn 4-sided blades for easy maintenance and replacement.
